Individual (non-corporate)
| Principal Full - $950 Developer, owner, manager, investor of commercial real estate. |

| Principal Affiliate - $570 Second or third person from a company that has a full principal member within a chapter. |

| Associate Full - $950 Service provider to the commercial real estate industry (legal, title, environmental, etc.) |

| Associate Affiliate - $570 Second or third person from a company that has a full associate member within a chapter. |

| Developing Leaders - $332 Any individual 35 years of age and under when applying for membership; NAIOP NOW members do not count towards corporate membership. |

| Public Official Full - $580 Any individual employed by a local, state or federal government or nonprofit organization. |
|
| Public Official Affiliate - $580 Second or third person from the same nonprofit agency or department. |
|
| Academician - $580 Full-time professor not otherwise employed in the real estate industry. |
|
| Student - $38 Full-time student not otherwise employed in the real estate industry. |

| Principal or Associate - Full - $950 | |
| Principal or Associate Affiliate (x2) - $570 Second and third members from the sam company in the same chapter. |

| Corporate - $390 Fourth member and beyond from the same company in the same chapter. A company automatically becomes a corporate member upon the fourth member joining the chapter. Members must apply as individuals. |

| Total Corporate Share $2,480 (One full, two affiliates, one corporate; all additional members after initial four are at corporate rate if total cost is equally allocated over four members) Corporate average per member - $620. That's a savings of $330 over the full principal rate! |
